The Central University of Jharkhand was established on 1st of March, 2009 under an Act of the Parliament with Dr. Darlando T. Khathing, an internationally renowned scientist and a distinguished academic administrator, as its first Vice Chancellor. CUJ’s focus will be on research in cutting-edge technologies.

Admission in Central University of Jharkhand
Admission to the Five years integrated M.Tech/M.B.A./M.Sc./M.A. courses, Three years Bachelor course, Two-years LL.M./ M.Tech/ M.B.A./ M.Sc./ M.A. courses and Ph.D. courses will be based on the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET). Admission to the Certificate & Diploma courses are based on Internal Entrance Test. Programmes are offered through following Schools and Centers:
